LLC "Avtotehnik" is a company, the priority of which today is the manufacturing of products and components for Assembly lines of automotive plants JSC "KAMAZ" and JSC "UralAZ". With the aim of improving the consumer qualities of the cab interior of the truck "KAMAZ" in 2005 the enterprise has mastered release of details of upholsteries and thermo chemically cab from flexible polyurethane foam (PUF), as a promising material with good sound-proof properties, allowing to get the details of a various configuration and with the desired properties.
Then in a short time the company has mastered the production of parts of a rigid, semi-rigid integral foam: hatch door, tinted visors, door handles, railings, adokenai shelves. From the beginning, this production produced in comfortable buildings and modern technologies for foundry equipment of the firm "Cannon" (Italy) with the use of raw materials from the leading manufacturers on the Russian market, such as LLC "DOW" Izolan", CJSC "Bayer", NPO "Polyprene". Production capabilities of the equipment unique and allow to produce a wide range of parts made of polyurethane foam for various branches of national economy. The system of quality management of the products produced in 2010 corresponds to the standards GOST R ISO 9001-2001, GOST R ISO/TU 16949-2009 (ISO/TS 16949-2009). AT present, the enterprise has the opportunity to provide services to third-party customers in the design and manufacture of equipment and rigging for manufacture of products from foam, carry out pre-production for both the single and serial products, prototyping of various polyurethane foams. Having high-performance machines with CNC U.S. production: CNC milling machine GR-510 with the size of the table h (mm) and vertical milling machining center, a VF-8 / 50 with the size of the table h (mm), are manufactured of moulds of different materials, aluminum, steel, MDF and model plastics, for their own needs, as well as orders from other customers. In addition, the existing industrial equipment allows thermoforming sheet plastics (ABS), polymeric powder painting, sewing fabrics and leather substitutes, artistic forging of metal, manufacture of metal constructions on its own drawings or drawings of customers. In the conditions of hard competition LLC "Avtotehnik" aims to master the newest high technologies in manufacture of products for the automotive industry, which will allow preserving and expanding the achieved positions.
